Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Prepare and submit ad-hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
