Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable transactions, including payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Drive company vehicles to transport documents, supplies, or personnel as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods or materials to designated locations.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the fleet manager.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in payable accounts.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols while driving.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related financial role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and transport moderate-weight items (if required).
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes in Bali (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
