Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and execute payments to vendors, maintaining timely and accurate transaction records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and analyzing financial data.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper approval and documentation for all payments.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and follow up on any outstanding invoices.
- Support the finance team in audits and financial reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
