Responsibility

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and execute payments to vendors, maintaining timely and accurate transaction records.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and analyzing financial data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper approval and documentation for all payments.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and follow up on any outstanding invoices.
  • Support the finance team in audits and financial reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
