Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Manage vendor accounts, including reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and execute payment runs (e.g., wire transfers, checks, ACH) accurately and on time
- Maintain organized AP records, ensuring all documentation is filed and easily retrievable for audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to vendors
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
