You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payables, ensuring accuracy, compliance with corporate policies, and timely vendor reconciliation. Responsibility
- Process and verify high-volume invoices in accordance with company procurement policies.
- Perform daily three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly payment batches and ensure all disbursements are authorized and documented.
- Maintain vendor master data and update contact/payment information in the ERP system.
- Support month-end closing activities, including accrual reconciliations and aging report analysis.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and internal audit standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related business field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and integrated ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data with minimal errors.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and capability to identify process improvement opportunities.
