As an AP Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable workflows, ensuring accuracy in processing invoices, managing vendor relations, and adhering to strict financial reporting standards. Responsibility
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for US-based clients with high accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and manage check requests and wire transfers.
- Maintain electronic records and documentation for all AP transactions in compliance with internal controls.
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and resolve payment-related issues.
- Assist in month-end closing processes, including accruals and account reconciliation.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies and US GAAP standards where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP cycle and financial internal controls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with US accounting processes or shared service environments is highly preferred.
