Responsibility
- Process and verify account opening applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account openings and related documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient account onboarding processes.
- Conduct thorough checks to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on account opening activities and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting account opening procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account opening, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
