Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth and profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk assessments.
- Mentor and train accounting staff to maintain high performance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail in financial reporting.
