Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the billing processes for logistics and transport services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Generate financial reports and analyses to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to logistics and transport operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve financial workflows.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or billing, preferably within the logistics or transport industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to logistics and transport.
