Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, investigate financial anomalies, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
