Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Process and verify invoices, credit memos, and payment allocations accurately.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Communicate professionally with clients to facilitate payment arrangements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS and VB structures is advantageous.
