Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice coding, approval workflows, and timely payments.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including W-9 forms, banking details, and contract terms.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual AP reports for management review.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper accruals and budget adherence.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payables to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Implement and improve AP processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Full-Set Accounting, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
