Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of journal entries, reconciliations, and tax filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local tax regulations and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role within the Southeast Asian market is highly advantageous.
