Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and improve cost efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and provide insights to optimize working capital.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain organized financial records and implement best practices for data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
