Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, vendor payments, and client billing.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper allocation of project costs and adherence to budgetary controls.
- Support tax compliance by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with external auditors or tax advisors.
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a creative, agency, or service-based industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
