Responsibility
- Maintain and manage a full set of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Support cross-functional teams with financial data and insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working remotely or in a hybrid setting is highly desirable.
