Responsibility
- Manage and monitor MCSTâs arrears portfolio, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to support operational needs.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement strategies to minimize bad debts and optimize collection processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, arrears management, or cash flow analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
