Responsibility
- Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, collections, and customer account management.
- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in AP/AR/GL.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
