Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor and client accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and financial statements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
- Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in the logistics or freight industry is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
