Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax-related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably as an Accounts Clerk or similar position.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
