Responsibility
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
