Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support tender submissions and project financials for Audio Visual solutions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
- Support the procurement process by verifying purchase orders and approvals.
- Contribute to process improvements in accounts payable workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the trading or Audio Visual industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
