Responsibility
- Manage daily cash and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial disbursements.
- Oversee petty cash funds, maintaining proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supply procurement, file management, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial and operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance (preferred).
