Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
  • Support the Senior Finance Executive in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
