Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
- Support the Senior Finance Executive in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
