This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of RM 3,300 β RM 4,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive work environment.
Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as office supply management, vendor coordination, and document filing.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the implementation of financial software and tools to streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
