Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee inventory accounting, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting of inventory levels.
- Utilize SAP software to process financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, with a focus on inventory management.
- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems; certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Experience in the retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry is advantageous.
