Responsibility
- Perform financial analysis and ensure accuracy of accounting entries in local and corporate systems.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct system analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for financial processes.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
