Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Coordinate office administrative duties, such as managing supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial or administrative inquiries.
- Support the preparation of tax documents and audits as required.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
