Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial reports and insights to management for strategic planning.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or tax roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
