Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage end-to-end tax processes, including calculating, reporting, and filing monthly tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Reconcile bank statements and perform ledger maintenance to ensure accuracy.
- Support the finance department in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect financial documentation and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or tax role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
