Responsibility
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of general ledger, financial statements, and tax reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including timely filings and payments.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
