Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations, preparing accurate and timely financial statements.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting/forecasting activities.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles (SAK) and tax regulations (e.g., PPN, PPh).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience in financial reporting, audits, and internal controls is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
