Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure tax compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and reduce risks.
- Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards (Indonesian regulations preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
