Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve financial data integrity.
- Monitor cash flow, aging reports, and vendor/customer accounts to mitigate risks and optimize liquidity.
- Prepare and present financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in AP/AR management, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
