Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, GAAP, and company policies.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and accounting software.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality financial reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
