Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and receipts.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings with precision and timeliness.
- Generate and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) to support management decisions.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Collaborate with F&B teams to track operational costs, inventory, and revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and assist in tax filing processes.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and implement corrective actions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-team communication.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
