Responsibility
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurately entered into the system.
- Support the accounting team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and local tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
