Responsibility
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial records match bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support tax filings and audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and resolve accounting discrepancies in a proactive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bali with a commitment to full-time hours.
