Responsibility
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and verify financial reports, statements, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, following up on outstanding balances as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with business operations.
- Support tax-related activities, including preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a distribution or similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification such as Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus.
