Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support tax compliance by preparing and filing local tax returns in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and recommending cost-saving measures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and auditing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.
