Responsibility
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the company’s books of accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial files and documentation.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial data and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial regulations (Philippines/Indonesia a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
