Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Accurate Online) to manage financial data efficiently.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Accurate Online.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
