Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including corporate, VAT, and individual tax submissions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve financial and tax-related inquiries.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor and tax laws.
- Support the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or a related financial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
