Responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tax laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
