Responsibility
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial discrepancies are resolved.
- Process employee payroll and manage tax-related filings in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit reports.
- Monitor retail store expenses and provide analysis for cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and digital documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
