Responsibility
- Record and process daily financial transactions into the accounting system accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Handle tax reconciliation and assist in the preparation of tax returns (PPh 21, 23, Final, PPN).
- Maintain organized and systematic filing of financial documentation and supporting vouchers.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with bank reconciliation processes.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Proficient in using Accounting Software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly financial closing deadlines.
