Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify financial data and support audits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including customer accounts and tax documentation.
- Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment terms, invoices, and tax-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, tax compliance, or general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems like Zahir) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industry is advantageous.
