As the backbone of our financial operations, you will oversee the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring seamless month-end and year-end closings, precise financial reporting, and adherence to local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the Record to Report (RTR) process, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Audit) to align financial reporting with business objectives.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Mentor and train finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting/financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and local Indonesian accounting standards (e.g., PSAK).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience in month-end closing, financial consolidation, and audit coordination.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
