This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for financial integrity and a track record of leading high-performing teams. If you thrive in a collaborative, results-driven culture and are eager to make an impact in a global organization, we invite you to apply.

Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise the Record to Report (RTR) process, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Audit) to align financial reporting with business objectives.
  • Monitor and enforce internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Mentor and train finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting/financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and local Indonesian accounting standards (e.g., PSAK).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Experience in month-end closing, financial consolidation, and audit coordination.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
