Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and subsidiary accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Support tax compliance by preparing and filing necessary tax documents and ensuring adherence to local tax laws.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement, and present findings to management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
