Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings with precision and efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to guarantee accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
